In the central square, we would like to install children’s play equipment, possibly for a fee, to create a second dedicated space.

McArthurGlen Paris-Giverny is one of the newest centers in the McArthurGlen group, the European leader in outlet shopping, with 22 centers, including 4 in France. Opened in 2022, our location welcomes several thousand visitors every day, with significant peaks in traffic on weekends.
Several partners have already chosen to set up shop with us and are very satisfied, including: Pick Up Colissimo (La Poste), Photomaton, Pokémon card vending machines, beverage vending machines, and a dry car wash service. Rental rates vary depending on the services offered and the chosen location. As a guide, current rents range from €120 to €800.
